Mobility is not just stretching.
It is your ability to access useful ranges of motion, control those positions and produce strength where your body is often weakest.
The Hood Athletic Edge Mobility Membership gives hockey players a complete system for improving joint function, building end-range strength, preparing for the ice, recovering between sessions and creating a body that is better equipped to handle the demands of hockey.
Inside, you will get access to:

A hockey player can be flexible without being strong or in control of that range.
That is where traditional stretching often falls short.
Real mobility training helps you:
You are not simply trying to become more flexible.
You are training your joints to become stronger, more controlled and more capable.
Most mobility programs simply hand you a list of exercises and expect you to figure out what your body actually needs.
This system is different.
Watch how the Hood Athletic Edge Mobility System helps identify where you should begin and guides you toward the right workouts based on your goals, movement limitations and training experience.
You should not need to scroll through hundreds of videos wondering which workout to choose.
The Interactive Mobility Guide is designed to help you navigate the entire Hood Athletic Edge mobility system.
Tell the guide:
The guide can then help you identify the most relevant workouts, routines and progressions already available inside the membership.
Example prompt: “My hips feel restricted before skating and I have 10 minutes. What should I do?”
Example prompt: “I want to improve hip internal rotation and build more strength in that position. Where should I start?”
Instead of receiving a generic answer, the guide helps direct you toward the specific resources inside the Hood Athletic Edge platform that best match your goal.
A Powerful Training Library Is Only Valuable If You Know How to Use It
The Interactive Mobility Guide helps turn the membership from a collection of workouts into a system you can actually navigate and apply.
It is not a replacement for medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment. It is an educational tool designed to help members better understand and use the training resources inside the platform.

I have been developing and organizing this mobility system for more than two years.
After years of studying mobility, joint function, strength training and athletic development, I had accumulated a huge number of workouts, exercises, progressions and training methods.
I needed a better way to organize everything inside my own brain.
I wanted one place where I could quickly find the right progression, structure my own training and deliver more consistent results to the athletes I worked with in person.
That internal system eventually became the Hood Athletic Edge Mobility Membership.
It brings together the methods I used to rebuild my own body, extend my playing career and help hockey players from the youth level through professional hockey improve how they move and train.
Now, I am giving members access to that same system.
Talent and hard work are important, but they are not enough when your body cannot consistently handle the demands placed on it.
During my playing career, I dealt with significant limitations through my hips and lower back. Those experiences pushed me to become obsessed with understanding mobility, joint function, end-range strength and long-term athletic durability.
I did not build this membership from theory alone.
It was developed through years of:
The goal is to give hockey players a system they can continue using throughout the entire year—not another random collection of stretches.
Inside the membership, you will gain access to more than 160 guided workouts, routines and educational resources, with new training continually being added.
Everything is organized by joint, training goal, difficulty and workout length so you can find an appropriate place to begin.
Develop stronger and more capable joints through progressive mobility training.
Workouts include end-range isometrics, lift-offs and hovers, rotational joint training, active mobility exercises, internal strength training, controlled external loading, joint-specific progressions and multi-joint mobility sessions.
Training is organized by joint or body region, difficulty, training focus and workout length.
Sessions range from shorter targeted workouts to complete 60-minute-plus training sessions.
This Is Where Mobility Becomes Strength.
Use structured end-range isometrics to gradually improve access, control and strength in restricted positions.
Every session is fully coached by Dylan and includes exercise setup, body position, irradiation and tension, progressive effort, PAILs contractions, RAILs contractions, safe intensity selection and transitions.
Choose between shorter approximately five-minute sessions and more complete approximately 11-minute coached sessions, depending on the exercise and time available.
Includes progressions for the hips, hamstrings, hip flexors, spine, shoulders, wrists, forearms, ankles and calves.
Restore Access. Then Build Strength and Control Within It.
Controlled Articular Rotations—commonly known as CARs—help you actively move a joint through its available range of motion.
Use these routines to develop joint awareness, active control, movement quality and daily joint maintenance.
The library includes individual joint routines, multi-joint routines, full-body routines, coached CARs sessions and advanced progressions.
Internal strength workouts introduce light external loading to joint-specific positions and end ranges.
Training may include light dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, controlled tempo, end-range loading and joint-specific strength progressions.
The goal is not to chase heavy weight. The goal is to create strength, control and capacity in positions conventional training often overlooks.
Prepare your joints before stepping onto the ice with targeted routines for the hips, spine, ankles and feet, shoulders and full body.
Most sessions take approximately five to 10 minutes and can be completed before practices, games, skills sessions or workouts.
Do not spend your warm-up simply getting sweaty. Prepare the specific joints and ranges of motion you are about to use.
Use structured recovery sessions between practices, games and training days.
The library includes full-body, upper-body, lower-body, single-joint and multi-joint options.
Sessions generally range from approximately 10 to 30 minutes.
The membership includes educational resources covering flexibility versus mobility, CARs, end-range isometrics, PAILs & RAILs, passive range holds, connective tissue, joint control and progressive mobility training.
The goal is not just to tell members which exercise to perform. It is to help them understand how the system fits together.
There is no single way every member must use the platform.
You can use it to follow complete mobility workouts two to four times per week, perform shorter joint-maintenance routines each day, prepare before skating, add mobility work to a strength program, build strength in a restricted range, complete recovery sessions, focus on one particular joint or ask the Interactive Mobility Guide where to begin.
Whether you have five minutes or an hour, the platform gives you a productive option.
This membership can support developing youth athletes, competitive junior players, professional players, adult players and coaches looking for a structured mobility resource.
The goal is not to become flexible for the sake of being flexible. The goal is to build a body that can access, control and use the positions hockey demands.
“Dylan has been crucial in helping me with my adductor issues. I had recurring groin injuries for years, but since I started working with him, my adductors have never felt stronger. He introduced me to a completely new approach to training and strengthening them. On top of that, he’s a great guy—easy to talk to and someone who really understands how the body works.”
HC Sierre, Swiss League
“After years of knee pain from patellar tendinitis, my son is now completely pain-free. Dylan’s targeted approach didn’t just fix the physical issue — it gave my son confidence again.”
Parent (U17 AAA)
“This training has helped manage pain, stay healthy, and extend my longevity as an older player.”
